DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

We make every effort to ensure that D4U customers can enjoy products ordered online as soon as possible. The time of order fulfillment depends on the availability of products and the selected form of receipt / delivery of the order. All orders carried out via the D4U online store are covered by insurance.

Delivery time

The delivery time for each product can be found on the product card. The delivery time for products with a choice of size will be available after selecting the size in the product card.

The approximate time of order fulfillment can be found in the first e-mail sent after placing the order in the D4U online store.

Cost of delivery

Orders sent by courier:

- Delivery of orders with a value below PLN 199, by courier in Poland is payable, the cost of delivery of orders is PLN 14 or PLN 16.
- The cost of delivery of orders by courier within the EU (outside Poland) is PLN 85.

Orders shipped by courier

The order fulfillment time is the time needed to prepare the shipment. Delivery will take place on the next business day in Poland. The execution of foreign orders may be extended - depending on the current conditions of the company handling the courier shipment. In the case of product modifications, e.g. engraving, the order fulfillment time may be extended.

Tracking the shipment - checking the shipment status will be possible after providing the bill of lading number sent in the message confirming the completion of the order by the D4U online store.
