How is jewelry made with diamonds?
1.PROJECT
First, a design is created that reflects the designer's vision, which will be a promise to meet customer expectations. The sketches created include both classic, modern and fancy shapes that magnetize.
2.3D MODEL
Based on the design, a pattern is created, which is then computer modeled in 3D using appropriate software. In this way, a spatial form is created that includes the smallest details.
3.PATTERN
Prototypes are printed from the 3D model, from which a pattern is obtained using the lost wax method. It must be perfect, because it is used to make silicone molds that give shape to the final jewelery product.
4.HAND FINISH
To make our products look noble, we add masterful precision and jewelry. The products are processed by grinding and polishing. Each step of the process is strictly controlled to ensure a flawless glow.
5.STONE LAYING
One of the most important elements of the product development process is the sedimentation of the stone. This stage is completed by the created cannon and symbolizes durability and infinity. That is why we use the most beautiful and the hardest of hard stones - a diamond, which we carefully select and confirm with a certificate. The stone is hand-embedded to fully showcase its charm in a golden setting.
6.LASER ENGRAVING AND QUALITY CONTROL
When the product is ready, the D4U logo is applied to the product holder. For this purpose, we use a laser. The marking is performed after the completion of all checks and guarantees the quality of the product. A product prepared in this way can go to the D4U showroom or e-Store, to be appreciated there by those for whom it was created.
