PRIVATE POLICY

Taking into account the regulations on the protection of personal data, and above all the content

art. 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016
(GDPR) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and
on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC - we would like to
provide you with the necessary information:

1. Who is the Administrator of your personal data?


The administrator of the personal data provided by you is D4U Sp. z o. o
headquarters in Krakow, ul. Cechowa 51, 30-614 Krakow.

2 . What personal data are we talking about?


It is personal data collected as part of your use of our services. In
therefore, we need the following data from you: name, surname, company name, company address
and NIP. In addition, for contact purposes: e-mail and / or telephone.


3. What is the purpose of personal data processing?


a) in the case of a concluded contract, personal data will be processed in order to implement the provisions
contained in the contract,
* the legal basis for the processing of personal data in this case is Art. 6 (1) (a) b) GDPR, i.e.
processing is necessary for the performance of the contract and art. 6 (1) (a) f) GDPR, i.e. legally
legitimate interest of the Administrator


b) personal data may be processed for the purpose of sending commercial information, incl
marketing, in relation to own products and services by electronic and / or telephone,
* the legal basis for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. and)
GDPR, i.e. consent of the data subject and art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, i.e. legally justified
the Administrator's interest


c) personal data may be processed in order to subscribe to the newsletter,
* the legal basis for the processing of personal data in this case is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR,
i.e. the consent of the data subject


d) personal data may be processed for the purpose of pursuing claims on account of the conducted by
D4U Sp. z o. o. business activity,
* the legal basis for the processing of personal data in this case is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) GDPR, i.e.
processing is necessary for the performance of the contract and art. 6 (1) (a) f) GDPR, i.e. legally
legitimate interest of the Administrator


e) personal data may be processed in order to fulfill legal and tax obligations in
in connection with the conducted by D4U Sp. z o. o. business activity;
* the legal basis for the processing of personal data in this case is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) GDPR, i.e.
processing is necessary for the performance of the contract and art. 6 (1) (a) f) GDPR, i.e. legally
legitimate interest of the Administrator


4. Are personal data / will be processed in any other way?


As a business entity conducting commercial and service activities, we care about your confidentiality
data. Due to the need to ensure the appropriate organization of our company - e.g. in terms of
IT infrastructure or current affairs regarding our business as an entrepreneur -
Your personal data may be transferred, i.e. disclosed or made available - to the following
categories of recipients:


a) other business entities cooperating with D4U Sp. z o. o. in the provision of services,


b) service providers supplying D4U Sp. z o. o. in technical and IT solutions
and organizational ones enabling the provision of services by D4U Sp. z o. o. and management
our company (in particular, we are talking about ICT service providers, courier companies and
postage),


c) providers of legal and advisory services and supporting D4U Sp. z o. o. in the investigation
your claims (e.g. law firms and debt collection companies);
* the legal basis for the processing of personal data in this case is Art. 6 (1) (a) b) GDPR, i.e.
processing is necessary for the performance of the contract and art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, i.e. legally
legitimate interest of the Administrator
* we would like to inform you that entities commissioned by D4U Sp. z o. o. make
processing of personal data - operate on the basis of and on the basis of entrustment agreements (pursuant to art. 28

GDPR), or based on the submitted confidentiality statements


5. Where do we get your personal data from?


We have received personal data from you during or in order to establish cooperation with D4U
Sp. z o. o., from the website, www.d4u.pl.

 

6. How long are personal data processed?


Please be advised that personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the implementation mentioned in
point 3 of the objectives:


a) as regards the implementation of the provisions contained in the contract - we store your personal data
for the duration of the contract, as well as after its termination, in order to:
- pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the contract,
- performance of obligations under the law, in particular tax and
accounting,
- statistical and archiving,
- but not longer than for a period of 10 years from the date of completion of the contract or until the expiry of the period
limitation of claims;


b) for marketing purposes - we store your personal data for the period of validity
contract or until you withdraw your consent or object to it
processing, depending on which of these events occurs first;

 

c) to subscribe to the newsletter - we store your personal data until you withdraw
consent or objection to such processing by you, depending on this,
which of these events occurs first.
- after the expiry of the above-mentioned periods, your data will be deleted or anonymized.

 

7. Is the provision of personal data obligatory?


Please be advised that providing personal data is not obligatory. However, given the
the implementation of the objectives set out in point 3, the provision of personal data may be of the following nature:
a) contractual, i.e. providing personal data is a condition for the conclusion of the contract. In other words, failure to give
personal data will result in the inability to conclude the contract and thus the lack of
the possibility of using the services and products belonging to D4U Sp. z o. o.,
b) voluntary, but providing data is necessary to achieve the purposes related to, among others:
- with your receipt of commercial information, including marketing, in relation to
products and services of D4U Sp. z o. o. by e-mail and / or telephone,
- subscription to the newsletter,
- participation in competitions,
- participation in surveys.

 

8. What are your rights?


In connection with the processing of your personal data by D4U - you have
the right to access, rectify and delete personal data, limit their processing, the right
to transfer them, as well as the right to object to the processing of personal data.
In addition, we would like to inform you that in the case of processing personal data based on consent,
all consents to the processing referred to in point 3 - may be withdrawn at any time
moment. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of which
was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
