RETURNS

 

1. In accordance with applicable regulations, a customer who makes a distance purchase, outside the showroom, has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return the goods without giving a reason or incurring costs.

2. The deadline for withdrawing from the contract for the sale of goods shall expire 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment with the goods ordered by you.

​

3. Instructions for returning the goods:

- To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods, inform the seller of the decision to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods by way of an unequivocal statement (e.g. by sending via the form (https: //D4U.pl) with the name, surname and order number as well as information about the products you wish to return.

- Making a return is possible by completing the return form containing a declaration of withdrawal from the contract for the sale of goods, but it is not obligatory.

​

- To meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods before the deadline to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods.

- Within 14 days from the date on which you send a declaration of withdrawal from the contract for the sale of goods and the intention to return the ordered goods, the goods must be returned:

A. Shipment via courier:

a) Pack the products safely in the presence of the courier:
- put the products in their original packaging.
- if the return form has been completed, attach it to the package.
- the courier will place a return label on the envelope, addressed to D4U

Thanks to it, you will not incur any additional costs related to the return of goods. The return of products in this form is at the expense of D4U.

b) Send the products.

B. Shipping via INPOST parcel lockers:

a) Pack the items to be returned safely in their original packaging. Remember to include the printed return form available on this page in the product package.

b) Go to the Inpost Quick Returns page, select D4U from the list of stores.

c) Fill in the return form on the Inpost website. You will receive a confirmation of your return notification via e-mail and SMS. In the confirmation you will find the code for posting the return, which you should place in a visible place on the returned package.

d) Send a parcel at any parcel locker: select on the screen the option "I want to send a parcel" and enter the received code. Follow the instructions on the Parcel Locker screen, put the package in the locker and close the door.

Thanks to it, you will not incur any additional costs related to the return of goods. The return of products in this form is at the expense of D4U.

We would like to kindly inform you that the goods being returned cannot show signs of use. The returned goods should have all tags and should have the original manufacturer's packaging. In the case of shipping the returned goods, please carefully protect the package so that it does not get damaged or destroyed during transport.

 

The reimbursement of payments made by you, including the costs of delivering the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the seller) will be made immediately, and in any case not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract.

 

The reimbursement will be made using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method of reimbursement. In any event, you will not incur any fees related to this return.

 

The seller may withhold the reimbursement of payments received from you until you have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of the return of the returned goods.

 

The free return service is one-time and available only in Poland.

 

COMPLAINTS

 

In order to submit a complaint, please follow the instructions below:

​

- Filing a complaint may take place, among others by filling in the complaint form and sending it together with the product and proof of purchase, or by submitting a complaint in person at one of the D4U stores (See where the D4U stores are located).

 

- The completed form or declaration of the complaint should be printed and signed.

 

- If it is not possible to print it, please send the completed form to the e-mail address: praca@d4u.pl.

 

- The goods under complaint, together with a completed complaint form or a statement on the submitted complaint, should be sent to the following address: D4U, Ul. Cechowa 51,  30-614 Kraków with the annotation: "COMPLAINT".

 

- The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of delivery to D4U of the advertised product and the completed form. You will be notified of the Appraiser's decision by e-mail or telephone.

 

- In the case of shipment of goods purchased in the Online Store, the product will be sent to the address provided when placing the order.

 

- The Seller informs you about the possibility of using out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints about the Goods, including by submitting an application to initiate mediation or an application for consideration of a case before an arbitration court after the end of the complaint procedure (the application can be downloaded from the website  https://www.uokik.gov.pl/download.php?plik=6223 ). The list of Permanent Consumer Arbitration Courts operating at the Provincial Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection is available on the website:  http://www.uokik.gov.pl/wazne_adresy.php#faq596 . Out-of-court redress after the complaint procedure is completed is free of charge. In the case of a Customer who is a consumer, who wants to use an out-of-court method of redress, there is an additional option of submitting a complaint via the EU ODR online platform, available at  http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
